As National Director & Assistant Vice President, part of my responsibilities were to hire, manage and training a national sales team, during which time company revenue grew exponentially. Not only did I lead the national sales team, I was an individual contributor to the company’s annual sales by gaining and maintain large high profile accounts that included several Fortune 500 Companies.
In addition to driving revenue growth, I spearhead the company’s expansion into 15 new markets across the country and managed the opening of the new office locations
Serving as Director of Operations, my primary responsibilities were executive operations including everything from managing service deliverables, day-to-day production management, budget & margin control, as well as departmental support including the sales & marketing teams. Operational efficiencies, and revamped Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) allowed the company to achieve major improvements to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), which in turn lead to increased work assignments from existing clients and helped me acquire new business for the organization. This in combination with new tracking & invoicing systems I introduced drove a noted boast in sales revenue.
