Hi, My Name Is Ryan O. Kirce

I am accomplished operations and development professional with over 12 years of executive-level leadership experience. A driven professional with a reputation for developing & implementing strategic plans to achieve tangible results and fostering organizational growth.

Known for having a reputation of strong teamwork and collaboration skills that I have used to help improve companies’ processes to drive efficiencies and profitability.

Leveraging my experience has helped me work with different companies & people from varying backgrounds and cultures, and has also allowed me to pursue my passion for technology by becoming a creative UX Designer.

The PDP ProScan Survey personality model depicts the four cornerstone traits with four colored rings, each representing a trait covered in the ProScan report. The additional dynametric elements extend the value of the ProScan beyond the typical four-trait instrument. Work History

2022 – Present : Owner at BicoLabor

Owner Operator of family-owned construction company specializing in renovations & remodels, masonry, flooring, framing, tile installation, painting, and ADA Modifications.

2020 – 2021 : Regional Manager at ATI Restoration

Administering over the Greater Philadelphia Market which contributed a total of $36M in annual revenue with an EBITA of 10%, for national restoration company with a $450M annual revenue. Managed daily operations for both Emergency and Reconstruction Divisions with average margins of 63% and 42% respectively.

2019 – 2020 : COO at Mammoth Restoration

Provide full strategic oversight of operational and financial functions for restoration and construction firm with assets of $8.5M and an operating budget of $24.5M, including establishment of annual, quarterly and monthly planning, process development & improvement, profit and operations reporting, and business development and human resources functions.

2017 – 2019 : Director of Operations at Reynolds Enterprises

Supervised and facilitated all day-to-day production operations, delivery of services, oversight of $20M P&L, margin control, and management & coaching of staff throughout three branch offices for the restoration division of a commercial & institutional construction company with a $220M annual operating budget. Reports directly to Ownership Group and manages 3 direct reports with a team of 55-plus full time employees.

2016 – 2017 : Managing Director at Sears Holding Corporations

Championed Sears Holdings’ newest Startup business venture, a commercial construction and renovation division of Sears Home Services with 56 office locations and an annual operating budget of $352M, leading the planning, revenue goal setting, development of business operations, establishment of division P&L, and business development focused on commercial property improvement & renovation projects surrounding hospitality, healthcare facilities, multi-family housing, and office/retail buildings.

2010 – 2015 : Assistant Vice President at Kustom US, Inc.

Promoted to executive supervisory role of national restoration general contractor, which has assets of $14.5M throughout 28 office locations with over 200 employees and an annual operating budget of $100M, to oversee production & sales departments, development of long-term strategic growth plans and reports, and govern market expansion.
